Receptionist

SPM Facilities Management is seeking a part-time Receptionist for our busy customer service desk in a large residential complex.

This is a shared role, where you will work alongside other team members while enjoying the social aspects of the job.

You would be the initial point of contact for all residents, visitors, trades & services to the complex.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Promptly answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately

• Answer general inquiries from visitors and residents.

• Assist residents and their guests with directions and questions

• Oversee key management, including distribution and tracking

• Coordinate bookings for common areas and facilities

• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record maintenance

• Manage parking by issuing permits and allocating spaces

Experience & attributes:

• No experience is required

• A warm and outgoing approach to customer interactions

• Understand Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and unsupervised

• Pleasant phone manner 

• Excellent personal presentation

• Keen to learn new skills and develop

• Reliability and confidence in your abilities and decision-making
