Position Summary:

Supervise the engineering maintenance team and support them with operational tasks Responsible to complete maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas Respond to guest requests and deliver service excellence with each guest experience Actively identify and conduct repairs to the building and equipment Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings Oversee building & service standards and identify and implement creative improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team

About You:

Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.  Working rights in Australia Enthusiastic to escalate your career Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
