Dentist (General) – Geelong

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a General Dentist to join our friendly and collaborative team in Geelong. We are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements and welcome discussions around flexibility to suit the right candidate.

The Role

You will work closely with dental assistants, support staff, and fellow clinicians to deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through to treatment completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive patient examinations and treatment planning
• Delivering a broad range of general dental treatments
• Providing preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care
• Communicating treatment options clearly and confidently with patients
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Building long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and service
• Collaborating closely with clinicians, dental assistants, and support teams
• Contributing to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture
• Participating in ongoing professional development and clinical collaboration

About You

You’re a clinician who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and creating positive patient outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience as a Dentist
• Full Australian work rights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient-focused and ethical approach to treatment
• Confidence working within a collaborative team environment
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and a positive mindset

• Experience across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
