Pre-Delivery Coordinator

Scarboro Toyota is an award-winning dealership located in Osborne Park. With recent Staff progression and exceeded sales expectations. An exciting opportunity has opened for another Pre-Delivery Co-Ordinator.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key support role to the Pre-Delivery Department, you will assist in organizing the pre-delivery team and in their duties to meticulously prepare vehicles for delivery, working closely with our other Co-Ordinator's.

This is a role developed which will require positive thinking for the future growth projected. Full support is provided but the position is yours to develop, organize and run as your own working on exceeding delivery targets set each month.

Your duties will include:

• Raising and costing repair orders

• Organizing contractors to perform required work

• Scheduling Tints, Paint protection, mechanical and body work.

• Management of contractor sublets.

• Strong focus on internal and external customer service;

• Organizing your team’s daily schedules;

• Meet delivery deadlines;

• Ability to review and identify key actions to deliver continuous improvements;

• Adhere to OH&S standards at all times;

You will be responsible for assisting in the leading and developing our Pre-Delivery Team, whilst maintaining a safe working environment that delivers high-quality workmanship.

ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful in this role, 

• Previous experience as a Pre-Delivery Leader;

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining key stakeholder interests and relationships;

• Ability to work under pressure;

• Attention to detail with high-quality standards;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Microsoft Office/Excel Knowledge

• Current driver’s license, including manual transmission;
