Student Recruitment and Partnership Specialist

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a vibrant personality to fill the role of Student Recruitment and Partnership Specialist for South East Queensland. This position is well-suited for individuals with sales experience in the education industry or those currently working in the RTO sector who are seeking a change or the next step in their careers.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with local schools, employers and the Apprentice Connect Australia Provider (ACAP).

• Facilitating school-based traineeships.

• Proactively following up on sales leads.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A high level of personal presentation.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• A positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

• A current driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• A current QLD Blue Card (or the ability to promptly obtain one upon successful appointment).
