Behind every great guest experience is a team of people keeping our resort running smoothly. Our Finance team plays an important role in supporting the operation, providing accurate, efficient and professional financial services across the property.

About the role

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Officer to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

This is a varied finance role with responsibility across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You’ll process creditor and debtor transactions, complete reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records and support daily and end-of-month finance processes.

You’ll work with team members across the resort as well as suppliers, debtors and other external stakeholders, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining numbers and accuracy with communication and relationship building.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing, including creditor invoices, debtor invoicing and payments

• Reconcile supplier statements, debtor accounts and financial transactions, investigating and reporting discrepancies where required

• Maintain accurate financial records, CAPEX documentation, contracts registers and supporting documentation

• Assist with daily banking, revenue reporting, journals, accruals and end-of-month AP and AR procedures

• Liaise professionally with suppliers, debtors and internal stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records

Skills & experience

• Previous experience in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar finance role. Resort experience highly regarded.

• Strong numerical aptitude with excellent accuracy and attention to detail

• Good computer skills and confidence working with financial systems and records

• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
