Technical Consultant

About the role

You will provide technical support for Zavanti's products, solutions and infrastructure, working closely with both the internal team and clients. Your work will include new client implementations, ongoing solution support and assistance with maintaining technical environments. As you establish yourself, there will be opportunities to progress into broader consulting and product management responsibilities, including finance solutions. You will liaise directly with clients, primarily through virtual communication, and collaborate closely with the Product Delivery Manager and consulting team across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be challenged to solve complex business and technical problems, while gaining the opportunity to work with Dynamics 365, advanced portal solutions and other Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal resources to support and assist in implementations

• Provide ongoing solution and technical support for existing clients

• Identify and escalate any technical risks and issues as they are determined

• Work closely with functional consultants and development team

• Be responsible for technical aspects of implementation

• Provide ongoing support for internal infrastructure

• Provide remote technical support, with occasional client visits or workshops as required

About you

• IT or related discipline degree

• Technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration and customisations

• Technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 on premise

• Technical knowledge of Azure and Power Platform

• Technical knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server environments ADFS and windows networking

• At least 3 years' experience with the above environments

• Good communication skills

• Aptitude for learning

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems is advantageous
