About The Role:

We are currently looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our operations team on one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin.

As a Grader Operator, you will play a vital role in mine expansion civil works. This position calls for a highly skilled operator with proven experience in civil construction within mining environments, and a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in every task.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate graders to level and prepare surfaces
• Perform road maintenance, haul road grading, and cutting to specific design requirements
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of the grader
• Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency and project outcomes

We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

• Demonstrated experience operating graders within a mining environment. (CAT 14M/H or 16M/H or equivalent)
• RII Statement of Attainments for Grader (essential) including current Standard 11
• Current & valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment
