Study Monkey Tuition is seeking an bubbly, organised, and hard-working individual with fantastic attention to detail to join our rapidly growing office team. What the role involves

In this position, you will be responsible for helping manage our new client bookings and day-to-day administrative tasks. This may include:

• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective and existing clients (phone-based role only – no in-office client visits)
• Managing new client enquiries and bookings
• Providing administrative support to existing clients and tutors
• Responding to client and tutor communications in a timely and professional manner
• General office administration and day-to-day operational tasks as required

Hours: 2-3 days/week. 8 hour days, 8am-4pm. MUST be available to work on Mondays and then flexible choice of Wednesday or Thursday as a 2nd day (or all 3 for the right candidate looking for more hours)

Location: Capalaba office (on-site role only so applicants must be able to commute to the office each day)

Qualities we are looking for

• OUTSTANDING customer service skills. You must have a genuine love for helping people and take pride in your work
• Confidence on the phone (this is a large portion of the role)
• Highly organised with fantastic attention to detail (Type A personalities and checklist-lovers encouraged!)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks especially during busy booking periods
• A positive attitude, sense of humour, and the ability to contribute to a fun, high-energy workplace culture
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
