What you'll be doingManaging a busy executive diary and coordinating meetingsPreparing agendas, reports, presentations and correspondenceTaking minutes and tracking actionsSupporting executive reporting and internal communicationsCoordinating travel and accommodationPreparing confidential documentationManaging records, files and document controlProviding high-level administrative support across the leadership team
What you'll bringExperience supporting senior executives in an EA or similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsExceptional attention to detailAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProfessionalism, discretion and a proactive approach
