HR Truck Driver

Independent Timber Supplies are a WA business that is locally owned and been operating for over 30 years.  We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders and Owner Builders with our timber supply and manufacturing of prefab frames and trusses in the Western Australian building market.  

We are seeking an energetic and results driven HR Truck Driver who holds a CV License - [licensed to operate a crane over 10 tonne], to maximise our operations and high delivery standards.  Only experienced operators should consider this role. 

About the role:

• Starting between 5am and 7am and completing local metro and SW regional deliveries, you can expect to work full days with OT available.

• HIAB crane used in delivering timber roof packs to domestic building sites.

• Skilled and sometimes complex driving | delivering to metro residential areas and some regional areas (day runs).

To be successful you will need:

• HR Licence that is current and a good driving record that can be demonstrated. 

• HRWL – CV essential and current.

• Ability and experience in slinging loads and weight distribution ideally in the timber industry

• Demonstrate Chain of Responsibility knowledge 

• Willingness to Drug and Alcohol testing prior to employment and understanding during employment random testing is conducted.

• Wanting a long-term employment with the desire to learn, grow and develop.
