About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brunswick East.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the Padre brand to life across our digital channels. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution, coordination and optimisation of activity across social media, email marketing, eCommerce and website channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and with a strong performance focus.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creative execution and data-driven decision making. You'll contribute ideas, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive growth across our retail, wholesale and online channels.

What You'll Be Doing

·        Executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, website, CRM and eCommerce channels

·        Building and deploying EDMs through Klaviyo and managing automated customer journeys

·        Managing social media content scheduling, publishing and community engagement

·        Updating and optimising Shopify product pages, promotions and landing pages

·        Coordinating campaign assets, approvals and agency deliverables

·        Monitoring channel performance and providing recommendations for optimisation

·        Maintaining website content, campaign pages and digital assets

·        Producing regular reports across social, email, website and eCommerce performance

About You

You'll ideally bring:

·        Experience in a digital marketing, eCommerce or marketing coordinator/specialist role

·        Hands-on experience managing social media channels and email marketing campaigns

·        Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms

·        Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics

·        Strong project management and organisational skills

·        Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

·        A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Bonus Points For

·        Experience in FMCG, retail, food & beverage or hospitality

·        Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation

·        Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

·        Familiarity with content scheduling and project management tools

·        Experience using AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency
