Trade Waiter

Located in Sydney CBD, NSW 2000, Primi Italian is currently seeking a skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating customers while providing friendly, professional, and attentive table service.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring timely communication with the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving food and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Preparing dining areas before service and ensuring tables are cleaned and reset efficiently.
• Processing customer payments and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Recommending menu items, daily specials, and beverages while responding to customer enquiries.
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

About you:

• At least one year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time
Salary: $75,000 - $83,000 per annum.
