Site Supervisor - Civil | FIFO

PCH Civil is continuing to grow across Western Australia, and we’re looking for experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join our project teams on a variety of different sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role for Supervisors who know how to run a work front, lead crews and keep safety, quality and production moving.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading civil crews and subcontractors across active work fronts

• Managing daily safety, quality and productivity requirements

• Running pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections

• Planning labour, plant, materials and upcoming works

• Coordinating with Engineers, Project Managers and HSET

• Monitoring subcontractor performance and project progress

• Maintaining site records, reporting and compliance documentation

• Identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery

What You’ll Need

Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor eligibility is non-negotiable.

You’ll also need:

• 7+ years’ civil construction experience

• Experience across earthworks, roads, drainage, underground services and concrete.

• Demonstrated experience supervising civil crews

• Mining/resources or heavy civil experience

• Current White Card

• Current First Aid

• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, plant and equipment

• Ability to read drawings and coordinate works

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
