The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and organised Receptionist (9-month parental leave cover) to be the welcoming face of our Charlestown (Hunter) clinic. In this role, you'll balance front desk reception with behind-the-scenes admin support to help keep our clinic running smoothly.

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and managing appointments

• Answering phones and assisting with enquiries

• Supporting our clinical team with admin and billing tasks

• Handling orders, stock, and general clinic supplies

• Keeping the reception and clinic space tidy and professional

What we are looking for:

• A friendly, reliable team player

• Someone with great communication and people skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Admin or reception experience (healthcare background is a bonus)

• Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office
