The Role
Ofload is scaling, and we need a natural hunter to help fuel that growth. As Sales Executive, you'll be out in the market every day — sourcing your own leads, opening doors, and turning conversations into customers. You won't be doing it alone: you'll work closely with your Leader, have a supportive Commercial team behind you to help shape solutions, navigate bigger opportunities, and back you as you build your pipeline. It's a high-energy, high-autonomy role inside a genuinely vibrant team that backs people who go and get it.
What you'll be doing:Prospecting and self-sourcing new business opportunities across the Australian logistics marketChasing new logos — this role is about winning new customers, not managing existing onesUnderstanding client freight needs and shaping tailored solutions with support from the wider teamBuilding sales collateral and pitches alongside CommercialGetting out to industry events and conferences to build your own networkRunning negotiations through to signed contractsKeeping your pipeline and CRM up to date and reporting on progress
About you:2+ years in a Sales Executive or BDM role within transport, logistics, or freight, sales, or new-business roleA hunter through and through — you get a kick out of the chase, not just the closeSome exposure to Australian logistics or a related industrySharp communicator, confident negotiator, comfortable presentingSelf-starter who wants to grow inside a fast-moving, high-growth businessHandy with a CRMValid driver's licence, happy to travel
