Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a commercially minded professional to provide contract administration, tendering, procurement, and commercial support across a portfolio of projects. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing contractual obligations, mitigating risk, supporting project delivery, and driving strong commercial outcomes.

• Manage contract administration and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Review contracts, identify risks, and monitor contractual obligations.
• Prepare tenders, bids, proposals, and EOIs.
• Support procurement, contract execution, and project mobilisation.
• Prepare progress claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.
• Assist with project forecasting, cost tracking, and commercial reporting.
• Maintain accurate contract records and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Qualification in Contract Management, Commerce, Business, Construction, or a related field.
• Experience in contracts, commercial, or contract administration roles.
• Experience in mining, construction, civil, maintenance, or project-based environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
