About the role
Reporting to the Director, Office of the IGEM (Deputy Inspector-General), the Manager Evaluation and Review leads a team to plan and conduct evaluations and reviews to assess the capacity, capability and performance of the emergency management sector against intended community-focused outcomes and leading practice.
You will:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable. You should have strong experience leading high-level evaluation and review work.
Your experience should include strong research, analysis and investigation skills. You should also understand the emergency management sector and how its systems work.
