With the support of our management and team, you will enhance your customer service skills, address issues and escalations, and utilize your problem-solving abilities to achieve swift and effective outcomes.

Some of your day to day tasks:

• Deliver friendly and efficient service to customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systems
• Promptly action customer requests, take ownership of inquiries, and resolve issues within set timeframes
• Analyze customer sales history to identify service needs and explore upsell opportunities
• Inform customers about new products and services when applicable

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment is preferred but not essential
• A customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively to achieve results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
