Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring effective performance and morale.

• Roster Management: Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all cleaning responsibilities.

• Issue Resolution: Address any operational issues or customer concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Quality Control: Monitor cleaning standards and implement improvements as necessary.

• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training for cleaning staff to uphold best practices and safety standards.

• Communication: Liaise with shopping centre management and other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
