Production Worker/Pick Packer

Beefy’s have two positions currently available.  We are seeking a Picker/Packer to join our friendly factory team at Kunda Park (near Maroochydore) on the Sunshine Coast between the hours of 6am to 3pm. We are also looking for a Production Assistant /Cleaner working between the hours of 10am to 6pm.

Beefy’s proudly make a wide range of scrumptious pies, pasties, sausage rolls, slices, tarts, cakes and much more! Our premium products are well known in SE Qld and have won multiple awards. Our production facility supplies our 16 stores across SE Qld & NSW.

The Role

The role involves working day shifts Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, highly reliable and enthusiastic.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Picking & Packing OR General Production Line work & Cleaning (dependant on position)
• Following strict hygiene processes
• Preparing ingredients
• Stock rotation
• Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles and Company Policies & Procedures
• Continual development of processes and systems to make the quality process more efficient
• Assist implementation and maintenance of the company’s goals, policies & procedures.
• Continual development of processes and systems to make the quality process more efficient
• Ensure all Work Health & Safety procedures and policies are followed
• Ability to lift up to 15-20kgs
• A MR or Forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential.

The successful applicant will ideally have worked in a similar environment though the main attributes we seek are a great work ethic, reliability and a positive attitude.
