The Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate repair estimates using industry systems

• Assessing vehicle damage and repair methods

• Liaising with insurance companies and customers

• Ordering parts and managing job progression

• Working closely with workshop staff to ensure efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a smash repair estimator

• Strong knowledge of repair methods and parts

• Experience with quoting systems (e.g. Audatex / iBody / similar)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
