Facility Asset Maintenance Supervisor

Join Downer RTS and play a key leadership role in maintaining the Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility. Reporting to the Facility Maintenance & Asset Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for electrical, mechanical and automation maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient facility operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Supervise contractors and internal maintenance teams.
• Drive a strong Zero Harm and quality culture.
• Support fault finding and resolution of electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
• Manage work orders, maintenance plans and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, develop and support team performance.

About You

• Trade qualified in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Current Queensland Electrical Mechanic License desirable
• High Voltage (HV) Switching qualifications and/or experience desirable
• Experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing, industrial or automated environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (Maximo highly regarded).
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
