Account Manager

BLU by Adcorp is looking for an experienced Account Manager to sit onsite as the dedicated point of contact for one of our clients in Melbourne, managing a single, high-value account. This isn't a role juggling a portfolio - it's one client relationship where you'll be embedded in the business, become the go-to for the client and their workforce, and have the autonomy to shape how the account runs day to day.

THE ROLE

• Sit onsite as the dedicated Account Manager for the client, becoming the trusted face of BLU within their business.

• Own the end-to-end relationship - from order fulfilment and workforce coordination through to compliance and reporting.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the account: sourcing, screening, onboarding and candidate management.

• Run day-to-day workforce operations, including rostering, timesheets, first-day starts and end-of-assignment checks.

• Conduct regular toolbox talks and WHS assessments to keep the site safe and compliant.

• Prepare rate quotes, manage job orders and keep client and candidate records accurate and current.

• Identify and drive growth opportunities within the account.

• Handle client queries, escalations and complaints quickly and professionally, protecting the relationship at every turn.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience in labour hire, recruitment or workforce/account management, ideally within an industrial environment.

• Confidence operating as the sole BLU representative onsite, with the maturity to manage a single client relationship end to end.

• Strong communication skills - comfortable building trust with site leaders, supervisors and candidates alike.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across compliance, coordination and client service.

• A proactive, solutions-first mindset with genuine ownership of outcomes.

• A safety-first attitude and comfort working within WHS frameworks and site-specific requirements.
