Receptionist – Join the Enhanced Physio Team

We are looking for a full-time Physiotherapy Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow your skills, gain experience in a dynamic allied health environment, and be supported by a friendly and professional team committed to excellence in client care.

What you’ll be doing

Welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out processes.

Handling reception tasks such as scheduling appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries.

Processing payments, health fund claims, and rebates.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.

Working closely with physiotherapists and allied health practitioners to deliver outstanding client service.

What we’re looking for

Previous medical or allied health reception experience (highly regarded but not essential, training provided).

Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and attention to detail.

Client-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment.

Confident with computer systems (experience with Cliniko or similar software is a bonus)

A friendly, professional manner and willingness to support both the team and clients.
