Construction Supervisor

About the role

Vision Projects WA is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis in Perth WA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high quality. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of sites, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, suppliers and material orders.

• Manage between 3 - 6 projects at a time.

• Ensure projects are built in accordance with the documentation, Australian Standards and NCC and to a high standard.

• Monitor and maintain project schedule and track project progress.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies.

• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, site photos, inspection reports and safety documentation.

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimise project delays.

What we're looking for

• Experienced Supervisor looking to join a small boutique builder and grow with the business.

• Experience in all stages of construction, seeing projects from start to finish.

• Minimum 5+ years' experience working in construction. High End residential experience a bonus, but not essential.

• Valid Drivers Licence and White Card required.
