About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, the Senior Regional Finance Manager is responsible for leading the project accounting, management reporting and financial accounting functions for the Australian business. The role ensures the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful financial information to support strategic and operational decision-making, while maintaining strong financial controls, compliance and governance.

The Senior Regional Finance Manager leads the project accounting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting processes, statutory and management reporting, and oversees the integrity of the balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow. The role is also responsible for developing a high-performing finance team and driving continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.

About You

You will bring:

• A minimum 10+ years’ experience in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Demonstrated experience leading month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial accounting experience including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow management.
• Experience managing finance teams.
• Experience in a multi-national business highly valued
• Experience in professional services, consulting or project-based businesses

·Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.CA/CPA Qualifications

You must be willing to undertake a National Police clearance and must have a visa which allows you to undertake full time employment in Australia.
