Elite Edge Property Services is a locally owned business providing high-quality commercial cleaning and property services throughout Townsville. We are committed to delivering reliable, professional cleaning services and building long-term relationships with our clients through consistency, attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week across a mix of commercial and real estate cleaning.

Most of our commercial cleaning is completed outside normal business hours, with shifts typically scheduled between 5:00 am and 8:30 am or 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. From time to time, you'll also complete ready-for-sale, bond and vacate cleans for local real estate agencies, with occasional daytime shifts to maintain your full-time hours.

• Deliver high-quality commercial cleaning services to our regular clients.

• Complete ready-for-sale, bond and vacate cleans for real estate agencies as rostered.

• Vacuum, mop and maintain floors.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms and staff amenities.

• Dust, sanitise and maintain workspaces and common areas.

• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.

• Clean internal glass and other surfaces.

• Restock consumables where required.

• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.

• Report maintenance issues, hazards or client concerns.

• Represent Elite Edge Property Services professionally at all times.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is an advantage but is not essential. We are happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and commitment.

• Current C Class Driver Licence.

• Reliable vehicle to travel between client sites.

• Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Full Australian working rights.

• Permanent residency, Australian citizenship, or an unrestricted work visa suitable for ongoing full-time employment.

• Ability to commit to a long-term, full-time position.

• Availability to work morning, afternoon and occasional daytime shifts as rostered.

• Full-time employment (38 hours per week).

• Above award wages plus superannuation.
