Process Worker / Machine Operator Assistant

Manufacturing Award – C14 Entry Level

Polycell is seeking a Casual Process Worker to assist in our production operations.

This role is classified under the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award (MA000010) at C14.0 entry level.

Employment Details:

• Casual position (Permanent Full-Time option available)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Paid at C14.0 Award rate + 25% casual loading
• Ongoing work available for suitable candidates
• Overtime available

Role Overview

This is an entry-level production role working under supervision.

Duties include:

• Assisting with operation of production machinery
• Basic machine monitoring
• Product assembly and packaging
• Performing visual quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following safety and production procedures

This role involves standing for extended periods and light to moderate manual handling.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Physically capable of production work
• Previous manufacturing experience advantageous but not essential

This role is paid strictly in accordance with the Manufacturing Award C14 classification. Progression opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.
