About the role
Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS) Case Manager
Hobart City Mission (HCM) walks alongside people in Southern Tasmania, connecting them to the supports they need to live the life they choose.
IFSS program provides outreach support to enhance parenting skills and improve the wellbeing and safety of children. This is a voluntary service and referrals may come through from other services or directly from parents or guardians wishing to access extra support.
We are looking for a dynamic and professional ‘people person’ to join our IFSS team as a Case Manager. Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and prioritising families on your caseload.
