We’re looking for experienced ICT Delivery Managers to join a major Australian Government technology portfolio and lead the delivery of high-profile ICT initiatives and operational outcomes.
🔹 What you’ll be doing:• Lead end-to-end ICT programs and delivery activities• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical and business teams• Drive stakeholder engagement, governance and delivery reporting• Manage vendors and delivery partners• Support transition from project delivery into BAU• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices
🔹 What we’re looking for:• 3–5+ years’ experience in ICT delivery/program management• Strong experience across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills• Strong understanding of ICT governance and delivery frameworks• Australian Government experience highly desirable
