Join Komatsu's Mackay Workshop and become part of a highly skilled team responsible for building new machines, completing equipment refurbishments and assembling specialised customer modules.

Working alongside approximately 30 technicians, you'll enjoy a stable Monday to Friday roster while developing your skills across a wide range of world-class construction and mining equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assemble new Komatsu equipment to OEM standardsComplete equipment rebuilds and refurbishment projectsRebuild machine modules and componentsDiagnose, repair and maintain mechanical systemsComplete quality inspections and service documentationWork safely while supporting workshop productivity and team outcomes

Roster: Monday to Friday – 6:00am to 2:30pm

Hourly Rate: $46.08 - $52.31 per hour + super + tool allowance

What We Are Looking For

Mechanical trade qualification (Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant, Light Vehicle or similar)Experience working on mobile plant, trucks or heavy machineryStrong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skillsAbility to work safely and produce high-quality workmanshipTeam-focused approach with good communication skillsCurrent driver's licenceRiggers & Doggers - advantageous
