• Lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and services
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
• Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, compliance and continuous improvement
• Drive occupancy, financial performance and commercial outcomes
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
• Champion exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

• Strong leadership experience within aged care, health or a related services environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targets
• Knowledge of aged care funding and regulatory requirements
• Proven capability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
