An award-winning residential builder is seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join their Wangara office. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who can step into a busy role and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the build journey.

Managing a portfolio of approximately 250 clients, you'll be the key point of contact from pre-construction through to handover. Supported by ClickHome and Constructive software, you'll work closely with drafting, estimating, construction and administration teams to keep clients informed and projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client communication from pre-construction through to handover
• Providing updates on build progress, variations, scheduling and key milestones
• Liaising with site supervisors and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records within ClickHome and Constructive
• Managing expectations and resolving client queries professionally

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Client Liaison or similar role with a residential main contractor builder
• Strong understanding of the WA residential building process
• Experience with ClickHome, Constructive or similar CRM systems
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio and competing priorities
• A customer-focused, solutions-driven approach
