Bring your warm, bubbly personality and passion for exceptional hospitality to our hatted restaurant as our newest Waiter. You will be the welcoming face on the floor, confidently guiding guests through our offerings, providing recommendations, taking orders, and providing attentive, highly personalised service from start to finish. Working a flexible three-day-a-week roster that includes nights and weekends, you will navigate a fast-paced dining room with grace and efficiency. About you

• You bring a minimum of two years of experience as a waiter in a busy restaurant setting.
• You possess a bubbly, positive personality and naturally thrive in the energetic buzz of a vibrant dining room.
• You have strong English communication skills, allowing you to confidently engage with guests and seamlessly collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams.
• You are physically comfortable standing for long periods and can expertly navigate a bustling floor while carrying three plates and balancing trays of glassware.
• You have flexible availability to work three days a week, which will regularly include a mix of evening and weekend shifts.
• Currently hold a valid NSW RSA.
