About the Opportunity
The Executive Officer plays a key role in providing executive support to the Chief People Officer and contributing to the effective operation of the People and Wellbeing division. Working within the Divisional Strategy and Operations team, you will provide strategic, operational and executive support in a collaborative environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of divisional priorities, coordinating communications and events, preparing briefings, and supporting governance activities that enable timely, well-informed decision-making. You will contribute to the division's culture and engagement, help support the evolution of its operating model, and engage with stakeholders across the University, building relationships that create alignment and positive outcomes.
Success in this role will come from your ability to exercise sound judgement, manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and navigate complexity with professionalism and confidence. If you are highly organised, proactive and people-focused, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the success of the People and Wellbeing division and the broader University community.

What’s on Offer?
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 7 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $130,943 comprising base salary within the range of $101,821 to $111,917 plus 17% superannuation.
