Business Administration Traineeships

About the Traineeship

As a Business Trainee, you'll work full-time, Monday to Friday, while learning on the job from experienced professionals. You'll develop practical business and administration skills while completing your Certificate III in Business during paid work hours.

Your duties may include:

• Data entry and maintaining business records
• Responding to emails and customer enquiries
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Providing customer service and administrative support
• Filing, scanning and document management
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• General office administration and ad hoc duties
