About the role

As an Oral Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of services within your scope of practice in an established dental practice on the Sunshine Coast. You will be joining an experienced team of dentists, dental assistants and reception staff who work collaboratively to provide an exceptional experience for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Dental examinations and oral health assessments

• Preventative dentistry and oral hygiene treatment

• Periodontal maintenance

• Oral health education and patient motivation

• Children's dentistry

• Restorative treatment within your scope of practice

• Treatment planning and working collaboratively with dentists

• Building long-term relationships with patients

About you

• Hold current registration with AHPRA as an Oral Health Therapist

• Strong focus on patient care and communication

• Confident, friendly and professional

• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

• Motivated to build and maintain a loyal patient base

• Excellent organisational and clinical skills

• Committed to ongoing professional development

• Experience is preferred; however, motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
