PCT supports client success through a distinct suite of products across three business areas: Debt Market Services, Managed Fund Services, and Perpetual Digital, the innovation arm of PCT.

We also offer a Program with Perpetual Digital, PCT’s innovation company. Perpetual Digital leads the way in optimising and scaling the PCT business, our clients, and the broader industry. Having begun nearly 25 years ago with the development of investor reporting technology, Perpetual Digital has evolved into a comprehensive innovation company, featuring a large team of experts who deliver SaaS products and professional services, including data services, industry roundtables, and software as a service offerings.

• The Graduate Program features two rotations over 12 months, complemented by a formal development program to support your career growth. You may apply for one of two graduate streams:

  • Perpetual Corporate Trust Graduate Program
    Build your knowledge across core areas of our fiduciary and financial services business.

  • Perpetual Digital Graduate Program
    Gain exposure to innovation, technology, and digital solutions that support our business, clients, and the broader industry.

• You will rotate through different business areas, helping you to build networks and broaden your skills and experience. You will also have access to mentors with unique expertise.

• Our graduate positions are diverse and meaningful, providing you with early responsibility and accountability.

To be eligible, you will need to:

• be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or an Australian permanent resident

• have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past three years 2024, 2025, or 2026), or be due to complete your degree by the end of January 2027

• be available to commence full time employment in Sydney in February 2027.
