About the Role
Aramex Sydney has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Financial Business Partner. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Account Management leaders to provide commercial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive financial performance. You will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop business cases, and provide analysis that enables informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes across business units.
Deliver insightful financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business planning support.
Analyse business performance and provide meaningful variance reporting.
Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability and efficiency.
Develop robust business cases to support investment and growth initiatives.
Deliver management reporting, KPI analysis, and financial insights for senior stakeholders.
Conduct customer, product, and segment profitability analysis.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and process improvement.
To be successful in this role:
Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CA or CPA qualification.
Minimum 7 years' finance experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems; Power BI experience is highly regarded.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
Experience within logistics, transport, or an operational environment will be advantageous.
