About the role
Join an organisation that's delivering top-tier garden and grounds care across a varied mix of homes and commercial sites. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping properties looking their best, day in and day out.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
Mowing, edging and general lawn upkeep
Precision pruning and shaping of plants
Trimming hedges to a clean, tidy finish
Identifying and managing weeds
Upkeep of garden beds
Applying fertiliser and improving soil condition
Checking and carrying out minor fixes on irrigation systems
Clearing and disposing of green waste
Leaving every worksite clean, tidy and professional
Safely operating and caring for horticultural tools and machinery
The successful applicant will:
Turns up on time, every time, and works hard
Cares about doing the job right, not just fast
Notices the small details others might miss
Can work solo just as well as part of a crew
Speaks clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
Is fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Sticks to safety protocols on every job
Is keen to grow their skills and take on new challenges
A current Australian driver's licence is required for this position.
