Hilton Foods is looking for an A-Grade Maintenance Electrician to join our established team at our highly automated Truganina facility.

You’ll work across a modern manufacturing site, keeping automated equipment running safely and reliably while helping us continually improve how we maintain our plant.

What You'll Do:

• Keep our highly automated production equipment running safely and reliably

• Carry out preventative and predictive maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC and control system faults

• Work closely with mechanical trades and production teams to maximise uptime

• Identify potential issues before they become breakdowns

• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects

• Take ownership of maintenance outcomes and support the wider team

About You

• Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence – essential

• Industrial electrical maintenance experience

• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience with automated equipment, PLCs and control systems

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, practical and safety-focused

• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit maintenance team
