Site Coordinator

Position Overview:

We’re currently looking for a proactive and organised Site Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of our flooring projects on-site. This role plays a key part in ensuring works are delivered on time, to standard, and with clear communication between all parties. You’ll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and stakeholders acting as the bridge between operations and site execution.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily site activities, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.

• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Communicate regularly with subcontractors and the office team regarding project progress and site requirements.

• Perform site measures and quality checks.

• Liaise with clients and builders to address any site-related queries or issues.

• Monitor project timelines and report any delays or changes.

• Ensure materials and labour are scheduled and available as needed.

• Maintain accurate site records, including site diaries and progress photos.

• Assist with site handovers, defect rectification and job closures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar site-based role within construction or flooring (2+ years preferred).

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Practical understanding of construction processes and site operations.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using construction platforms such as Procore or Aconex (advantageous).

• A valid driver’s license.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to quality.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
