The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Administrator to join our collaborative team. In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll support the full employee life cycle by providing high quality administrative assistance to our People Leaders, Business Partners, and wider team. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of tasks, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring our people have the support they need to thrive.

Main Responsibilities Include

Managing employee records and documentation, including onboarding, qualifications, and medicalsCoordinating uniform orders, travel bookings, training activities, and P&C-related eventsProcessing performance awards, probation reviews, referrals, promotion letters, and traffic infringementsSupporting workers compensation administration and reporting, including liaising with insurers and processing related invoicesHandling general P&C communications, internal structure updates, and responding to employee queries
