About the role
Are you an experienced Data Centre Technician with expertise across rack and stack, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning? As an Oracle Data Centre Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving our world-class data centre infrastructure. Acting as a technical liaison between engineering teams, vendors, stakeholders, and the data centre environment, you'll help ensure the reliability, availability, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure and cloud services.
You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and decommissioning data centre hardware and supporting infrastructure. You'll respond to incidents, perform preventative maintenance, maintain accurate asset and spare-parts inventory, and follow established operational procedures and safety standards.
Success in this role requires strong hands-on technical capability combined with communication, stakeholder management, planning, accountability, resilience, adaptability, customer focus, and collaboration. You'll be expected to take initiative, manage competing priorities, communicate risks early, and contribute positively to a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
6 years of experience in client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience.
OR
High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent AND 5 years of experience in client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience
OR
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Center Operations or related field AND 4 years of experience in client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience.
IT Infrastructure/Server Trouble Shooting Experience:
4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, data center services, or server administration.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
6 years of experience in client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience.
OR
High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or equivalent AND 5 years of experience in client-facing, direct customer support and service, data center, or related field experience
OR
