We are looking for a Service Advisor who can become the trusted link between our technicians and our clients.

This is a career role, not just a job.

You will manage the entire customer journey — from first contact to vehicle collection — ensuring every client feels informed, confident and looked after.

You’ll be working alongside experienced technicians in a structured, process-driven workshop environment where quality matters more than speed.

This role suits someone who enjoys people, organisation and problem solving — and takes pride in doing things properly.

• Booking vehicles and managing the daily schedule

• Communicating with customers throughout the repair process

• Explaining faults and repair recommendations in clear language

• Preparing estimates and authorisations

• Liaising with technicians and prioritising workflow

• Handling invoicing and vehicle handover

• Maintaining detailed job notes and documentation

• Following up outstanding work and future maintenance

• Delivering a premium customer experience every time

Experienced service advisor who knows how to put customers first — you must be organised, articulate and confident dealing with people.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Automotive service advisor (dealership or independent)

• Parts interpreter wanting to move to front-of-house

• Workshop controller

• Someone mechanically minded who enjoys customer interaction and wants to step up
