What's the role?

If you are passionate about health, wellness and lifestyle content, Body+Soul is looking for a social-first digital storyteller to help shape our digital narrative, grow our audience, and elevate our brand presence across social platforms and newsletters.

Reporting to the Digital Editor, you’ll combine your creator mindset with slick content creation to turn expert health advice into high-performing, platform-native assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit mobile-first content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Vertical Video Production: Partner with our in-house video editor to produce engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikToks).

• Newsletter Execution: Build, curate, and schedule compelling newsletters with catchy subject lines and clean layouts.

• Platform Agility: Tailor visuals and tone to match specific platform algorithms and audience behaviors.

• Data-Driven Optimisation: Track analytics (Meta, TikTok, Adobe, email stats) and test content hooks to boost engagement and reach.

Who are you?

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced digital media or publishing environment with a passion for health and wellness.

• You live and breathe social media culture, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and community behaviour. A proven track record of growing a premium brand or personal account on TikTok is highly advantageous.

• Hands on experience editing mobile video is a mandatory requirement (eg. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite).

• Able to read basic engagement metrics, write punchy copy and maintain and elevated brand tone under tight daily deadlines.
