Join Fairfield Hospital as a Wardsperson, supporting patient care through safe, compassionate, and efficient assistance to patients, staff, and clinical teams.
Provide safe and respectful patient transfers and transport throughout the hospital. Support clinical teams by assisting with patient care activities and operational tasks. Deliver a positive patient experience through compassionate service and teamwork with healthcare professionals and families.

As a Wardsperson you will use your teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to safe patient care to make a positive difference every day.
Motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training. Knowledge of Work Health and Safety principles, including safe manual handling practices. Able to follow instructions, use basic computer systems, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
