About the role
Part-Time | Adelaide, SA | Flexible Working Arrangements
At Diverge Supports, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live the life they choose. We support people with complex disabilities to remain safe, healthy and independent within their own homes and communities.
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse who is passionate about disability care and wants to be part of an organisation that is raising the standard of support within the NDIS sector.
This is more than a nursing role. You’ll be the clinical expert within our organisation, working alongside participants, families, support workers and allied health professionals to ensure participants receive exceptional, evidence-based care.
If you’re looking to step away from shift work while still using your clinical skills every day, this could be the perfect opportunity.
As our Clinical Nurse, you’ll provide clinical leadership across a diverse range of participants with varying disabilities and health complexities.
You will be responsible for ensuring participants receive safe, person-centred care while supporting our support workers with education, guidance and clinical oversight.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working autonomously while also being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
You genuinely enjoy building relationships with participants and empowering others through education and leadership.
