About the role
We are a fast-growing boutique dairy manufacturer based in Mordialloc, VIC, producing a wide range of high-quality dairy products. As a proud family-owned business, we genuinely value our people and foster a supportive, friendly workplace where wellbeing and a healthy work-life balance come first.
With continued growth across our operations, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us.
We have a variety of hands-on production roles available, suitable for different levels of experience. Depending on your skills and background, your duties may include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery (basic to advanced)
Manufacturing and packing dairy products
Cleaning and maintaining production areas to food safety standards
✅ Day shift only – no night shifts, weekends, or rotating rosters
📈 Career development opportunities available for candidates with prior dairy or food manufacturing experience
You will ideally bring:
Previous experience in food manufacturing (dairy experience highly regarded)
Minimum 6–12 months experience in a food manufacturing environment
Good physical fitness – comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 15kg
A reliable, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
Good verbal and written communication skills
A positive, team-focused mindset and willingness to learn
Australian work rights (essential)
